Psychotherapy Services

Individuals

Individual psychotherapy is an intentional process that utilizes techniques that have been designed to offer effective help in whatever struggle you’re facing.

Individual therapy can be an effective means to treat clinical disorders, or simply be an effective tool for personal growth or self-improvement

Groups

Group therapy can be a powerful tool for growth and change.

Not only do participants receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues, but they also gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints on those issues. Individual screening and preparation makes for stronger, healthier groups. Please call or email to discuss if a group may be a good fit for you.

Couples

Couples therapy can help couples understand each other, resolve conflicts, and improve their relationship.

It can give you the tools to communicate better, negotiate needs, compromise and even argue better. You may be trying to work through anger, jealousy, and distrust. Or you may simply be looking to improve your communication. Couples therapy can be an amazingly valuable tool for a healthy, successful relationship.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an extensively researched method of psychotherapy that can help speed up the processing of traumatic events and diminish disturbing emotions and negative beliefs associated with those events.

In addition to treating trauma, it has helped millions of people relieve anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, phobias, sleep problems, grief, addictions, chronic pain, and performance anxiety.

EMDR can be incorporated into your ongoing therapy, or it can be the main focus of your treatment
